Delivery

Delivery times may vary based on your location/region aswell as customs and local laws in your country. However we aim to have your goods delivered within two weeks internationally and 2-4 working days within the UK.

For returns. All watches and jewellery have a 14 day window to initiate a return (the 14 day period begins upon you receiving the delivery). If you desire to return any of your purchased goods, please contact info@chronocartelier.com and/or message us on whatsapp +44 7853 613055. Please include the reference number and serial number of the watch or item in your message. All items returned will be subject to inspection and cross referenced with the integrity documentation. If the returned items are not in the same condition as sold, we reserve the right to reject the return. We also recommend you insure your returned item in case of accidental damage, theft or loss in transit. If the returned items are in good condition, we will release the funds for your purchase aswell as cover the cost of your shipping (including insurance).
