Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using ChronoCartelier (the “Site”) or any services provided by ChronoCartelier (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.
Returns All watches and jewellery have a 14 day window to initiate a return (the 14 day period starts upon you recieving the delivery). If you desire to return any of your purchased goods please contact info@chronocartelier.com and/or contact us on whatsapp: +44 7853 613055. Please include the reference number and serial number of the watch or item in your message. All items returned will be subject to inspection and cross referenced with the integrity documentation. If the returned items are not in the same condition as sold, we reserve the right to reject the return. We also recommend you insure your returned item in case of accidental damage, theft or loss in transit. If the returned items are in good condition, we will release the funds for your purchase aswell as cover the cost of your shipping (including insurance).
Products and Availability All watches and jewellery offered on the Site are subject to availability. Prices shown are subject to change without prior notice. ChronoCartelier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, discontinue any product, or modify any product offering at any time.
Authentication & Condition Every timepiece and jewellery item sold by ChronoCartelier undergoes a comprehensive authentication process conducted by our qualified network of watch and jewellery specialists. We stand behind the authenticity and maximum quality of each product we offer for sale. Descriptions of condition are provided in good faith based on careful visual and technical examination by our team. Photographs and descriptions are intended to represent the item accurately but are not warranted to be exhaustive.
Payment & Shipping payment terms will be specified in the invoice issued at the time of purchase. All shipments are fully insured for their full declared value, or the maximum insured value. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChronoCartelier, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses—arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services or any products purchased therefrom, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
